I'm the Director of User Services for Technology at Simmons College. That amorphous title means that the managers of the Help Desk, Media Services, and General Access Computing and Labs report to me. I have great fun a couple of times a year co-teaching a workshop for archivists about how to apply the SAA/LC standard called EAD (Encoded Archival Description), which is an XML DTD, to archival finding aids.
