This episode won an Emmy last year and it talks about the effect the economy has on people and how South Park tries to fix this problem. Stan's dad has a big role in this because he convinces people to give up all modern conveniences and return to a traditional way of life. After living this way for a while Kyle gets a credit card and bails everybody out acting as their saviour. very clever and interesting because of its allusion to religious sources.

In this episode the boys get into wrestling and try to copy the WWF wrestlers. They put on a show with elaborate story lines about dating each other's girlfriends, fighting in vietnam, and being communist. Their audience believes them readily and exclaim " But they are so young!" which shows how people are ready to believe anything that involves wrestling and how these plot lines draw more people to the game. Truly funny especially when Cartman dresses up as a woamn who sleeps around and calls himself Big bertha. This episode can be seen on www.southpark studios.com

This episode of south park talks about how Japanese whaling is going out of control and how Stan tries to save them. When he finds out that the pirates who attack the ships are in fact only throwing rotten butter at the whaling ship, he decides to take matters into his own hands. He fires on the whaling ships and becomes an instant celebrity until he is caught by the Japanese who tell him and the boys why they kill whales and dolphines. They want revenge for Hiroshima and they think that whales and dolphines dropped the bomb. This episode shows that a horrible catastrophe occured but that whaling is an environmental catastrophe. Very clever and filled with satire

This episode of South park is totally off the wall. Its a new one and its bound to spark laughs and a lot of comments. basically it talks about dead celebrieties that Ike, Kyle's little brother, sees and how the ghosts drive him sick. He is especially troubled by Michael Jackson who takes over his body in order to fulfill his life's purpose of being a white little girl. Ike gets to be in a beauty pageant because of this and until he succeeds all dead celebrities are stuck in limbo waiting for their plane to the next world to take off.
The episode also talks about chipotle and what it can do to your clothes...... It always pop out through out the twenty minutes and moves the whole plot line forward. It is really creative and strangely fascinating to watch.

This episode is when Cartman discovers tourette syndrom. He then fakes it and even goes on dateline, when sexual preditors show up. Good episode and shows how important it is not to be impulsive in what you say. Also it shows how many people are into kids sexually and the sickness of it all. It is really interesting to watch.

this episode aired in 1998 long ago! But it is still relevant now. In this episode Stan's sister and Kenny get the chickenpox and the boys parents try to arrange a sleepover at kenny's so that they can get the chickenpox. It works for most but not for Kyle until they arrange for their parents to get Herpes from the local prostitute after they find out that they made them sick on purpose.
This episode comments on society's idea that making kids getting the chickenpox is a good idea, but i don't think doing it on purpose is ok. What do you think about this?
The other topic covered in this episode is poverty and the relation the poor have to the rich. This topic is illustrated through kenny's dad and Kyle's father who used to be friends but then stopped because Kyle's dad became a lawyer and Kenny's dad became unemployed. It's really funny and insightful..... I encourage everyone to watch it.

In this episode of South Park the homeless issue is talked about in a really funny way. The episode is called " The night of the living homeless" and in this episode the homeless not only exist in South Park but flock to the town. The people in charge of the town try to get rid of the homeless people but they continue to grow in number until the overpopulate the city. In the end it is left to the boys to solve this problem and they find out that the next town over from them is sending them their homeless problem. How the boys finally rid the city of their misery is funny. They get a bus and play the song "California knows how to party" only with lyrics that say " California is good to the homeless." They just moved their problem to California! to see the entire episode go to www.southparkstudios.com, you'll laugh so much!

Hi, Im Huda and this is a blog about the funny, controversial and thought provoking South Park. I will be talking about one episode each week and posting it for your amusement. I will also be talking about very unconventional South Park toics which you probably haven't heard about before in addittion to discussing the obvious toics such as why some ethnicities are portrayed negatively in the show. Enjoy.
