I've noticed that a lot of blogs on here are about nutrition/healthy eating. Here are a couple of websites that will help you keep track of what you're eating and hopefully make your life healthier.
http://tweetwhatyoueat.com/ - Basically a food diary but in shorter form. (What else would you expect from Twitter?) You can access it from your Twitter account.
http://www.thedailyplate.com/ - Another good tool to track your food intake with. It has a database of 100,000 food items that you can add to your log instantly.
