Description

Hello: I am currently a junior here a Simmons College and I starting to blog because of a class I'm taking this spring. I am a RA on campus in Mesick Hall. I am getting ready to apply for graduate schools and work on my senior thesis. I am very active in politics and I hope to have a career in campaign managing or speech writing in the future.

Interests

I am a huge fan of politics. Anything that has something to do about politics I'm all about. My parents are both active in politics. My dad is a republican and my mom is a democrat. I have been brought up to appreciate both side of each argument. My dad would take me to GOP events when I was eight and my mom would do the same. They rarely attend each others events, so I got to go. I enjoy reading, writing and watching my favorite shows on TV.

Teaching

I have been teaching Kindergarten at a private school since I was 19. I have planned curriculum and activities to do with students, especially during the summer when they still need to learn while having fun.

Research

My political internships have allowed me to partake in many researching opportunities. When I was in high school and working for Governor John. H Lynch of New Hampshire, I would work on the (Donkey) which was a database of all his major donors. I would spend hours going through the internet and NH based Magazines compiling a list of potential donors for the governor.
