The Simmons Builds team will spend spring break in Waynesburg, PA, where they will volunteer to build houses with Habitat for Humanity. Laini Cassis '14, Naomi Chick '14, and Meghan O'Beirne '12 will lead the team of 12 students in hard work such as tearing out floors, removing and securing beams, interior and exterior framing, installing windows. The Scott/Ross Center for Community Service facilitates and promotes community service and service-learning for Simmons College students, faculty and staff in Greater Boston and beyond.
