I have to preface this post by saying I am not a yogi by any means (but I own yoga pants, go figure). I tried going to a few classes when I was working full-time, but never really got into it. So when the SOM offered a free pilot yoga program, I jumped at the opportunity to try it again.

African Women Participate in U.S. Department of State's Women's Leadership Program at Simmons College

BOSTON, July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- In an effort to help develop future women leaders and to promote better understanding between Americans and people of other countries, Simmons College will host 20 undergraduate African students for a five-week program. The "Study of the United States Institute on Women's Leadership" is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State; the program runs through July 26. This is the second year in a row that Simmons has hosted this distinguished international program.
