The Littleton Group Home provides a variety of clinical services directly to the residents. This includes individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and assessment along with real-world training within the milieu. Clinicians are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties. The clinician serves as an integral member of our resident's treatment team and is responsible for all documentation and treatment plans as required by Littleton Group Home. Clinicians work to educate and train staff on the individualized recommendations for each student and make those recommendations functional within the milieu. Clinicians work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Clinician is responsible for treatment planning and coordinating interventions for the clients through an ARC framework, which seeks to build healthy attachments, improve personal compentency and increase effective regula tion strategies. Senior Clinician will also provide supervision to clinicians and/or interns and be a part of administration to provide macrolevel oversite. Evening shifts are required.

Applicant Must Posses:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish clear professional boundaries
  • Ability to work with male and female adolescents and young adults transitioning to adulthood
  • Positive attitude
  • Initiate behavior management interventions
  • Ability to provide a supportive environment for a specialized population


  • Licensure: Independent License in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling preferred, or will be actively pursuing licensure when eligible
  • Educational requirements: Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
  • Clinical experience with adolescents is preferred. Good written and oral communication skills are necessary. 
  • Background Check: Acceptable CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and OIG background check
  • Maintains valid driver's license.
  • Able to work alone in an unsupervised environment
