Clinician/Clinical Manager

Rediscovery House, a division of Justice Resource Institute, operates a pre-independent living community-based group home for adolescent males ages 16-21 who are in state care and preparing to transition out. The house provides a stable, safe, and supportive environment for the young men to come home to, while also allowing them to integrate into the community. They receive clinical services to address previous trauma and staff are on site to assist them in developing skills to successfully transition into adulthood. The Clinical Manager is on the Rediscovery House ADMIN team and is the Lead Manager who oversees the clinical services of the youth as well as leads the ARC leadership team, ISP team and clinical debriefs in staff meeting. The Clinical Manager leads the program with the Director through the ARC framework and Rediscovery mission along with holding the lead role of the treatment team in identifying effective ways for each guy to e xplore their own personal identity and participate in activities that will support exploration of strengths and lead to success. 

The schedule would be a flexible 9-5 Monday - Friday with some weekend shifts when needed. This position also serves on the Admin On-call team to cover scheduled weeks. 

Qualifications:

  • Seasoned human services professional with at least 5 years of clinical experience working with similar client populations in treatment settings.
  • Three years of management experience preferred.
  • Masters level education and licensing required.
  • A Driver's license is required.
  • An ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written formats, as well as acceptable computer skills, are required.
  • The right candidate will be an effective role model who is culturally competent and who has the ability to set limits and form appropriate relationships with clients.
