Member Relations Coordinator

The Member Relations Coordinator supports the best life of the Orchard Cove residents. The Member Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the move-in process, supporting integration in our community and serving as a point person for residents in time of need. The Member Relations Coordinator serves a lead role in the coordination of transitions through the Orchard Cove continuum, supporting residents and their families in accessing the best support, at the best time, in the best place. The Member Relations Coordinator serves a lead role on an interdisciplinary team focused upon helping residents achieve their best life through a goal-based wellness program. Through relationships with residents, families and staff, the Member Relations Coordinator helps shape the programs and services of our continuum of care.

Qualifications:

  • MSW preferred and BSW strongly preferred. Passion for helping older adults live their best lives possible
  • Previous knowledge and experience working with elders and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of several interdisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to meet assigned work, and take on new challenges as they arise
