Resident Service Coordinator

The Resident Service Coordinator (RSC), as part of the on-site Management Team at Peabody Properties, links residents of the housing development to the supportive services they may need to meet the terms of their lease and continue to live in the development, or, if necessary, assists with a move to a residential match that provides an appropriate level of care. This position provides resident assessment and advocacy, referral to supportive services, general case management, and coordinates quality of life programs for the development.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is preferable.
  • 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities, and proven ability to provide results through a concrete problem-solving approach to issues.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of area supportive services and other community resources.
  • Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.
