Clinical Residential Program Director

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate, caring, dynamic Clinical Program Director (PD) to provide operational, financial and administrative oversight in a group living environment designed to meet the needs of adults living with psychiatric conditions in Brookline, MA so that they may overcome barriers to living independently. This Residential program is designed to aid adult females, who often have a history of trauma, successfully go through recovery using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. 

The PD will oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of a clinically complex program. The PD provides leadership and consultation to clients and staff on completing functional and strength based assessments and implementing Individual Action Plans (IAP). Also, the PD will supervise program staff and ensure that contract specifications and program regulations are followed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm

To succeed in this role you will have strong organizational and writing skills and 3-5 years of human services management experience. A Master's degree in Social Work , Psychology or related degree is preferred in addition to licensure or license eligibility (LCSW, LMHC ,etc.). Prior experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) programs and experience working with individuals who are engaged in DBT focused treatment preferred. Candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year and be able to satisfactorily pass both a driving check and a CORI check.
