Mental Health Counselor

Great opportunity exists to work with the Brockton Outreach team at South Shore Mental Health! Clinicians will travel to the client's home to provide assessment and counseling to couples, individuals, children and families. South Shore Mental Health Clinicians provide a comprehensive approach to client and family centered support and treatment in a client's or family's home. Services are also provided in shelters, schools, and in alternative settings. Services will vary in intensity and emphasis based on each family's identified needs and circumstances

Completes all clinical documentation on-line using AVATAR Electronic Health Record System.

Requirements:

  • Requires Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
  • CANS Certification required. May be obtained through on-line training.
  • Proficiency in computer technology required.
