COMMUNITY PROJECT MANAGER,MED School of Medicine, General Internal Medicine

As the community project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific community related project(s) you are leading. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of each project ensuring consistency with Units mission, commitments and goals. The community project manager works closely with the Unit Director/PI to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Supervises research assistants on projects. S/he establishes and maintains community relationships and partnerships to achieve the Units mission and represent the Unit on appropriate community and health councils, coalitions and alliances.

Required Skills

Master's Degree in Public Health, Education or Social Work; 3-5 years previous work experience in community program delivery preferably in the non-profit sector.
