The Brookline Center is offering a unique opportunity, combining two half time into one full time position. Twenty hours of salaried time will be spent as a Service Coordinator/Case Manager to work with families living in the state-subsidized Brookline Housing Authority family developments at Egmont and Trustman, assisting them to achieve economic independence and housing self sufficiency. This includes assessing their needs, developing service plans, providing case management, connecting them with education, job training and placement programs, and collaborating with staff from local agencies.
The second 20 hours will be working as a clinician in a fee for service capacity at the Center. The work can include seeing both children and adults for individual and/or group counseling. The Center has a strong commitment to training and professional development. The clinician will receive 2 hours per week of supervision and participate in a variety of seminars and in-service lecture series.
A Masters degree in social work or a Doctoral degree in Psychology and a minimum of two years clinical and case management experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational and collaborative skills are essential.
