Community Based Adult Clinician

Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) provides rehabilitative interventions and supports in partnership with clients and their families to promote and facilitate recovery. Services include, but not limited to, interventions and supports that assist clients in the management of their psychiatric symptoms, restoration or maintenance of daily living skills. The CBFS program has over 200 clients that live either in the community or in our staff residential living settings located throughout the South Shore. Our multidisciplinary staff includes licensed masters level clinicians, nurses, dual diagnosis specialists, peer specialists, a health and wellness specialist, and a benefit and entitlement specialist.

The Community Based Adult Clinician works in an outreach role to provide clinical assessment and to determine medical necessity criteria to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. In addition, the Clinician leads development of comprehensive recovery based services for the clients. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, the Clinician coordinates program services as outlined in client specific action plans.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Master's in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Familiarity with principles of psychiatric recovery required
Must have access to personal vehicle, valid driver's license and a good driving record

Salary: $40,000
