Program Supervisor - Bilingual

Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organization that began in 1968 as Roxbury Children's Services. In 1990, Roxbury Children's Services re-organized as Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. (CSR) and in 2005, merged with United Homes For Children. Today, CSR strives to provide high quality services to economically disadvantaged children, youth, families, and individuals thereby promoting and strengthening family life and individual growth. The agency provides a wide spectrum of programs over four core areas of service: youth and family supports, early education and care, emergency and transitional housing, and behavioral health services. With close to 6,000 children and families served annually, 350 staff, and offices located in Roxbury, Tewksbury, Worcester and Northampton, CSR is regarded as one of the largest, minority-operated human service providers in Massachusetts.

Overall responsibility for compliance with contract re: utilization, policy and procedures and licensing.

Responsibilities:
•Must have demonstrated ability and experience in supervision, program administration, program development.
•Must have a thorough knowledge of EEC and DCF policies and procedures.
•Ensure agency meets all Licensing regulations and contracting procedures.
•Ensure all necessary reports and correspondences are completed in a timely manner. * Provide weekly supervision to the Program Supervisors and Social Work Staff receive regular on-going supervision.
•Conduct and over see the weekly home finding meeting with full participation of appropriate staff.
•Conduct a monthly staff meeting, which can establish and maintain effective communication between program sites, Administration, funding and regulatory agencies.
•Met weekly with the Program Director.
•Conduct and participate in any Fair Hearings, Affirmation Action issues as requested by the Executive Director.
•Participate in United Way and fundraising activities as requested by the Executive Director. * To perform any other duties the Executive Director deems necessary.

•Contract utilization * Meeting Licensing requirements
•Completing work within appropriate time frames

Requirements/Qualifications:
•Must hold a Master Degree in Social Work or a related field preference LICSW, LCSW.
•Must have a minimum of three years experience working in an Administration Capacity.
•Must have strong communications skills both written and oral.
•Must have a valid Drivers License.
