Multisystemic Therapy Clinician

Put your experience and creativity to work delivering Multisystemic Therapy (MST) at the Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention. AIP is a non-profit agency working with at-risk children and youth and their families in Boston and surrounding towns in eastern MA. MST is an evidence-based treatment model for youth with serious behavioral difficulties. Caseloads are kept very small (4-6) in order to do very intensive home-based family work. Duties include:
• Providing each family 3 times per week home-based family counseling
• Emphasis upon increasing parenting skills related to consistency, affective warmth, and increased child monitoring
• Collaborating with multiple community agencies, DCF, schools, and other stakeholders
• Focus on engaging youth in positive peer relationships and prosocial activities 

Intensive training (9 days during the first year, plus 3 hours of weekly LICSW supervision in the MST model is provided. 

• Master's degree in social work or counseling
• LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC is helpful but not required
• Spanish language fluency is helpful but not required
• Access to a car in order to make home visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
