CCB Adult Outpatient Clinician

The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health is seeking a full-time, independently licensed clinician to work in a split position between two programs. The position entails 14 hours seeing adults in our Outpatient Adult Program at the Brookline Center's clinic at 41 Garrison Ave. and 8-10 hours working with seniors at Center Communities (three senior living facilities in Brookline. The work at Center Communities entails providing therapeutic services to Center Communities residents in their residences. These 8-10 hours would include 2 open hours for flexibility and programming purposes.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with the senior population and be committed to working with a diverse clientele.

Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
Develop treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy.
Provide individual therapy with adults at the Brookline Center Clinic and with seniors at Center Communities.
Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers.
Complete all documentation as required in a timely manner.
Participate in teams, committees and/or task forces as appropriate.
Attend professional development/in-service trainings.

Master's Degree in Social Work.
Independent licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and clinical writing skills.
Experience working with the senior population.

Hours, Benefits and Reimbursement: This a full-time salaried position. Individuals will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with 65% of that time spent providing direct patient services. Excellent benefits package.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
