Project Manager- Pediatric Behavioral Health Integration

At the Lowell Community Health Center the BHI Project Manager will provide oversight for Licensed Clinicians, Community Health Workers, Care Coordinators and an IT Quality Analyst in the Pediatric Clinic. The manager will also oversee the home visiting component, once added to this service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative oversight for the Pediatric Integration Program.
• Become informed about current evidence based models of BH-PC (Pediatric) Integration.
• Work with Pediatric Providers and other Child/Adolescent Center Staff.
• Complete required reports and ensure completion.
• Ensure completion of data collection and aggregation.
• Provide analysis of data and apply as necessary for program planning.
• Provide training specific for Pediatric Clinicians and CHWs/CCs.
• Participate in regularly scheduled interdisciplinary team meetings in Behavioral Health and Pediatrics and other collaborative meetings as identified.
• See patients in Pediatrics if required.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree and Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other closely related degree/license required. Experience working with a Pediatric population is required, along with having a Clinical Supervisors background.
