Clinicians at Touchstone Residential Treatment Center are vital members of our interdisciplinary treatment teams providing services with and on behalf of adolescent girls (ages 12-18) and their families. We are a nine bed therapeutic residential facility specializing in trauma-informed and gender-responsive treatment for primary mental health and substance use disorders. The diversity of the resident population and treatment modalities requires interdisciplinary expertise and collaboration. In addition to providing individual, family, and group treatment, clinicians partner with the program leadership and milieu team to manage challenging situations and increase the efficacy of the treatment process from admission to discharge. This position requires a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule with one late evening and includes rotating clinical on-call responsibilities.


Education and Licensure: 
Masters degree or higher. Current CT licensure as an LCSW (or equivalent). LMSW (or equivalent) considered with eligibility for LCSW within two years of LMSW. 

Previous Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in acute and/or congregate care setting with relevant population. Familiarity with psychiatric and substance use disorders, trauma-informed interventions, client- and family-centered practices with diverse populations, and empirically supported treatment modalities.
