Staff Clinician

The South Boston Collaborative Center is a community based outpatient treatment program serving adolescents and adults with substance use and mental health disorders in South Boston and its surrounding neighborhoods

The Staff Clinician is responsible for providing culturally sensitive and comprehensive assessment-intake, as well as group and individual treatment services to those seeking clinical services from the Collaborative Center. The Staff Clinician also participates in clinical team meetings, presenting assessments and evaluations for peer review, coordinate treatment and assist in ongoing outreach and program development.

Position responsibility includes the maintenance of the clinical record in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and compliance with all confidentiality-HIPPA regulations/laws applicable to behavioral health-substance use services.   

The Staff Clinician is responsible for remaining current for all appropriate licensing/certification requirements and ensuring all credentialing information is accurate and current.

Other duties include assigned by the Director or designee.

Qualifications: 

Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, licensed or licensed eligible in Massachusetts
