Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family. Prepare clinical formulations in order to guide goal development.
Commit to the principles of Wraparound and practice within a Family Driven and Youth Guided framework that embraces Family Voice and Choice.
Become trained in The Building Bridges, Trauma Informed Care and ARC (Attachment, Self Regulation and Competency) and use these models within all aspects of the work.
Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan.
Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems including daily routines, behavior management and safety plans.
Coordinate and/or provide therapeutic services to youths and their families.
Serve as an active member of the youth's treatment team.
Provide in home or community based clinical services to each individual and family on assigned caseload as dictated by the youth's status and treatment plan but no less than three times weekly.
Masters level degree in the Healing Arts with at least 3 year experience working with similar populations providing community based social and mental health services.
Independently licensed practitioner (LICSW/LMHC) with training in trauma informed treatment preferred.
Ability to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of families and to deliver services within the established framework and clinical model.
Ability to work in strength's based manner with families, funders, licensing source and community resources for youth in the program.
Ability to contribute to a family centered culture within the program.
Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
Ability to consistently meet all necessary background and credentialing requirements.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work and for the transportation of clients to and from appointments and activities as needed.
Work schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 12p-6p
This is a full-time position, nearly graduate students (May 2017) and Alumni are encouraged to apply.
