Full Time Service Coordination

Be part of a supportive Team of Human Service professionals working with residents in elderly/ disabled housing of the Cambridge Housing Authority. Utilize your clinical skills working directly with residents and plan fun events and activities to provide a sense of community.

• Provide information and referrals to local agencies
• Assist in applying to public benefits programs
• Advocate
• Outreach to new residents
• Assist with problem solving
• Crisis intervention
• Work, consult, collaborate with Cambridge Housing Authority management and local community agencies
A Generous leave time package and training budget. Master's Degree Required. LICSW supervision is possible.

Qualifications :
Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field plus experience working with elderly/disabled populations.
